Empowering you to manage your EDS symptoms

SO YOU CAN HAVE LESS CHRONIC PAIN AND MORE GOOD DAYS

You’ve lived with EDS symptoms long enough. It’s time to take control of your health with the Prince–Cole Protocol, a wellness roadmap developed by a team experienced with Ehlers–Danlos Syndrome. Join our online community and get all the tools, knowledge, and support you need to thrive.

Have you struggled to find the right diagnosis or treatment for your EDS symptoms?

You know the unpleasant problems we’re talking about…

  • Joint pain, instability, or hypermobility

  • Chronic pain or fatigue

  • Stretchy or fragile skin

  • Abdominal cramping, bloating, or GI issues

  • Anxiety or depression

These (plus dozens of other symptoms) are all telltale signs of EDS and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders. If you’ve been living with them for years, please hear us:

You’re not imagining things, you’re not alone, and you’re not destined to live this way forever.

We believe you. We understand you. We’re here for you.

One of us has EDS. The other treats it.

Lauren lived most of her life as a medical mystery. She dealt with odd, painful EDS symptoms for three full decades before finally learning what was causing them. It wasn’t until she found Jason, a physical therapist specializing in EDS, that she finally found hope.

The two of us are deeply passionate about the EDS community. And we have the perfect skill set to help. Pairing Lauren’s personal experience and nutritional coaching background with Jason’s professional experience and tailored interventions, Connective Wellness was born.

Together, we’ve created an innovative EDS management program that can truly change your life

FROM THE EMAIL LAUREN SENT JASON AFTER THEIR FIRST SESSION:

“I've spent the last two hours texting and FaceTiming my small inner circle who have been through all of my health challenges for the long haul, singing your praises and celebrating with them that I have found someone (you!) who has finally given me hope that I might be able to both improve my chronic pain and stave off the rigidity that I know is down the road for me with EDS. We're all seriously having little dance parties because this seemed so out of reach just a week ago and for the last 32 years…. I feel really, REALLY lucky to have found you along this journey toward relief.”

Discover the 6 Pillars of Wellness for Women+ with EDS

Are you familiar with the six pillars of lifestyle medicine? If not, you’re missing an important piece of the EDS puzzle! Grab our free guide to learn all about each pillar, along with actionable ways to adjust your habits for better, brighter days.

A woman in a pink shirt and floral apron preparing food with vegetables while two people watch.

Why use lifestyle medicine to manage EDS, anyway?

Because you’re a complex woman who deserves complex care.

Traditional health systems often focus on a single need — and thus a single solution. Got stomach issues? See a GI specialist. Trouble sleeping? Just pop a pill. While these prescriptions can be helpful, rarely do providers offer a multidisciplinary approach to what is likely a complicated health concern.

You deserve better. You deserve care that addresses the many different drivers of your health. Care that starts with nonmedical interventions first. Care that is centered around you as a whole person with many physical, mental, and emotional layers.

Connective Wellness exists to give women+ with EDS access to a new lifestyle medicine protocol that helps you manage your symptoms in an affordable, sustainable way.

Take your health into your own hands

With the help of groundbreaking EDS tools, the guidance of EDS professionals, and the encouragement of other EDS warriors

You’re surrounded by an online community of people who truly understand you. You’re finally accepted, enlightened, and empowered to thrive.

That’s what’s possible with Connective Wellness. Inside our exclusive EDS Lifestyle Essentials Membership, you’ll be equipped with all the information, action steps, and personal support to enjoy every day.

Disclaimer: Connective Wellness does not guarantee a diagnosis or cure for Ehlers–Danlos Syndrome, establish a patient/provider relationship, or claim to offer medical advice of any kind.

“Cannot recommend Connective Wellness enough!”

“I have never had such effective treatments for my EDS, nor have I ever felt so understood with all of the complex issues my body goes through on a daily basis."

–Kristin Dall Bzenic

Why gut health is foundational for women with EDS, POTS, MCAS + OTHER CHRONIC CONDITIONS

Because if you want to feel better, nutrition is where you need to start

Proper nutrition is the first pillar of lifestyle medicine for a reason: because all other pillars are dependent on it.

(Not familiar with the six pillars of lifestyle medicine? Grab our free ebook to learn more!)

If you’re experiencing EDS stomach issues, addressing your gut health is the only way to begin to feel better. Elimination diets are critical for women with chronic conditions because they help you identify (and avoid) food triggers that may worsen your inflammation, immune response, and overall wellbeing.

By eliminating and slowly reintroducing these trigger foods, you will lower your histamine load, reduce your unpleasant symptoms, and support your overall physical and mental wellbeing for the long haul.
