CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that the unpredictability of chronic conditions can sometimes lead to the need for cancellations. However, to accommodate all clients, we ask that you provide at least 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. [For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by the previous Thursday during business hours to avoid fees, as we cannot fill last-minute openings over the weekend.] Cancellations or requests to reschedule made before this notice period will not be billed. Your first late cancellation is free of charge. Second and subsequent cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 business hours of the appointment time will be charged the full treatment amount.
Please note: Repeated cancellations will be reviewed to determine if continued treatment is feasible to ensure consistency in your care plan.
